Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly provide an exchange for your items (except for products purchased on the 5k store section, DISCOUNTED, CUSTOM items (clothing’s made or adjusted with your measurements)  OR JEWELRIES items which are final sale).

If an exchange is required, notify us via email at customercare@mizzck-fashion.com or Via WhatsApp https://wa.me/2348056926331 within 24hrs from the time you receive the merchandise.

Return instructions and shipping carrier to use (depends on country). The merchandise must be returned to us unworn and with all tags in place.

 Merchandise will be exchanged for similar or other items of equal or higher value. Exchanges will ONLY be processed within 2 - 3 working days if you are in Lagos and 3-4 working days if you are outside LAGOS.

Customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us for the exchange. Shipping fees will not be refunded (including any customs import or export fees).

Any item returned back to us by the shipping company due to incorrect address, will be subject to additional shipping fees to be paid by the customer before it is shipped  to them again.

Any exchange item that cannot be processed because we can't get a hold of the customer after 3 attempts, will only be held for 3 weeks from the date the item is received back for exchange.  After which time the item will be resold and the customer will not receive a refund.

Items can only be Exchanged once or a store credit equivalent of items purchased is issued. Store credit can be used for future purchases.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately you cannot cancel an order but do notify us if you have any problems with your order.
