Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly provide a Refund or Exchange on all items Excluding discounted or sale items, custom items (clothing’s made or adjusted with your measurements)  OR Jewelries which are final sale.

If a refund or exchange is required, notify us via email at customercare@mizzck-fashion.com or Via WhatsApp https://wa.me/2348056926331 within 24hrs from the time you receive the merchandise.

Return instructions and shipping carrier to use (depends on country). The merchandise must be returned to us unworn and with all tags in place.

 Merchandise will be exchanged for similar or other items of equal or higher value. Exchanges will ONLY be processed within 2 - 3 working days if you are in Lagos and 3-4 working days if you are outside LAGOS.

All refunds are provided as store credits which can be used for future purchases.

Customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us for the exchange. Shipping fees will not be refunded (including any customs import or export fees).

Any item returned back to us by the shipping company due to incorrect address, will be subject to additional shipping fees to be paid by the customer before it is shipped  to them again.

Any exchange item that cannot be processed because we can't get a hold of the customer after 3 attempts, will only be held for 3 weeks from the date the item is received back for exchange.  After which time the item will be resold and the customer will not receive a refund.

Items can only be Exchanged once or a store credit equivalent of items purchased is issued. Store credit can be used for future purchases.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately you cannot cancel an order but do notify us if you have any problems with your order.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

4.1 All items that are refunded or exchanged, can only be made once.

4.2 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order.

4.3 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.

4.4 Items purchased with the Pay by installment plan should be completed in not more than 3 months all orders will be automatically canceled. Initial deposit made will only be refunded via store credit which can be used to purchase other items.
